Founder & Lead Advisor

Jamie has led from both sides of the table: building and exiting his own business, steering another through a restructure and a merger and advising on numerous sell-side acquisitions. He brings this first-hand experience to founders, owners and boards navigating their own transactions, as well as advising organisations from start-ups to multinationals on governance, board composition and succession.

He combines this commercial and transactional experience with expertise in leadership advisory and executive coaching, having worked with senior leaders across industries to help them lead with clarity and composure through high-stakes periods.

Jamie holds an Executive MBA (Valedictorian Honours) from IMD Switzerland and is trained in executive coaching and performance science, allowing him to combine commercial rigour with a genuine understanding of the people at the centre of change.

He leads with the belief that energy, clarity, composure and purpose are not a luxury for leaders. They are a performance requirement.

Advisor & Medical Lead

Steve is a senior clinician with not only 25 years' experience delivering healthcare, but also experience in spiritual care. He is an NHS Consultant in both Intensive Care and Metabolic Health and has designed and led services from cardiac critical care and exercise testing to a pioneering Fatigue & Breathlessness Clinic. He now delivers longevity and performance medicine programmes for clients at Fortius Clinic, London.

On the spiritual side, Steve founded a UK Buddhist charity in the 1990s, taught meditation and breathwork internationally and trained with teachers of native traditions of the Americas including practices such as sweat lodges and vision quest.

Drawing on training in sleep medicine, functional medicine, psychotherapy and relational practices, he works with people who want to understand their own capacity to heal across their physical, social, mental and spiritual lives. He does this by using both the latest scientific insights and traditional methods that support reflective insights. This allows his clients to prevent disease, extend their healthspan and genuinely thrive despite high pressure.

Educated at Cambridge University and Barts and The London, and dual-qualified in anaesthesia and intensive care, Steve integrates hospital-grade diagnostics with lifestyle, psychological and recovery protocols to create programmes that change both how people feel day-to-day and their long-term health trajectory. He starts from the belief that our body-mind is inherently intelligent. Given the right support and inputs, it happily returns our mind and body to both ease and performance, the foundation of meaningful leadership and relationships.

Justine Barnes

Justine Barnes

Yoga Guru & Spiritual Guide

Justine began her professional journey through many years of classical dance training. This early and disciplined relationship with movement prompted a deeper inquiry: what changes when we bring conscious awareness to the body? More than three decades ago, she discovered yoga asana and has remained dedicated to the practice ever since, drawn not only to the postures themselves but to the central role of breath. Through breathwork, she cultivated presence and, in doing so, reconnected with a sense of something greater – the universe within and around us.

Today, Justine teaches from a simple yet profound principle: breath is life. Her work with leaders and teams uses yoga-based practices to reconnect individuals with qualities that are already inherent: peace, clarity, compassion and inner steadiness. It counters the fragmentation and pace of modern corporate life. Her sessions integrate breath and mindful movement to deepen the connection between body, mind and spirit, and to activate the body’s natural capacity for regulation and renewal. The intention is not to create a new identity, but to support a return to a more authentic and grounded way of being.

The aim is to cultivate calm equilibrium, resilience and sustainable high performance, supported by practical tools that participants can apply in their day-to-day leadership. Trained by teachers and facilitators from around the world, Justine brings a gentle, intuitive and deeply empowering presence to all of her work.
